After reviewing the video the prosecution dropped the assault charges over the alleged finger biting. Now Ocak is suing the city for $100,000 in damages. The police felt that the use of force was "reasonable and necessary." In the video the police can be seen telling Ocak to leave his hands on the car multiple times which Ocak seemed to have trouble doing, which could be one of the reasons for the altercation, justified or not. Video can be seen to the left.
