Small and private booths like the ones at clothing stores, maybe smaller. Maybe in women's bathrooms. Nice and out of the way where misguided prudes won't be bothered by it. It would be a real solution that addresses the reality of moms on the go and gives women greater mobility.
It would also have the secondary but quite hilarious effect of driving Conservatives and misogynists ABSOLUTELY BATSHIT CRAZY. Women set loose upon the streets! Teh menz are being oppressed!! Oh noes! (I do strongly believe in men's rights, mind you, but many of these groups just take shit way too far. They deserve to be kicked from time to time.)
On a side note I also wouldn't mind larger women's bathrooms at ballparks and such. It's a numbers game, almost all men can piss standing up and run. Women have to sit, find a seat cover, etc. etc. etc.
And on a selfish note ALL of this would have been of great benefit to my wife when she was nursing. Or whenever we're out at the park. Etc.
